In Galatians, Paul tells us that were are one now. One in Christ. We are no longer any of those divisions we've invented. We are one.
This lovely hymn, "We Are All One in Christ" is in our Evangelical Lutheran Worship hymnal (#643). Originally written in Spanish, it is "Somos Uno en Cristo." I encourage you to look up the lyrics in both English and the original Spanish. I've included videos for both here.
